Mr. Walsh was formerly an Assistant Attorney-General of the State of NewYork in the Civil Recoveries Bureau from January 1985 through July 1987. Mr. Walsh was in charge of (and was the founding Assistant Attorney-General of) the State's on-site dedicated Collections Unit for University Hospital, Stony Brook, New York. Before coming to the firm, Mr. Walsh was an associate of a well known boutique coooperative and condominium law firm in Manhattan for nearly six years. Mr. Walsh is currently a senior litigation attorney with the firm and is in charge of the Cooperative-Condominium Department of the firm. Mr. Walsh has also lectured before various civic organizations on real estate topics.
